Where do you invest in properties?

We buy in major cities around the UK. London, Manchester, Birmingham and so on. Major cities like these have very fluid property markets, backed by stable and diversified economies and are great for long term growth. We invest in areas where there are large employers, universities, hospitals etc and so a large pool of working profesionals as propspecive tenants

Can I invest in the properties that you purchase?

We are keeping things simple for the time being so unfortunatley not. This is simply a partnership opportunity to receive a significant return on your investment.

We manage the property under a lease agreement which has been tailor-made to suit the service we offer. This makes us your sole tenant for the entire term so you don’t have to deal with anyone else. The contract is simple to read and understand unlike most out there and we are transparent about the entire agreement, giving you time to read through it thoroughly and answer any questions you may have. For our tenants we use Assured Shorthold Tenancies and typically sign them up for 6-12 months at a time. We sometimes consider shorter lets for professionals on temporary contracts.
