Some people may refer to us as estate agents but we’re far from that. We would call ourselves property managers, specialists in managing properties for landlords and providing accommodation for professional tenants.
Our aim is to give the landlord complete peace of mind. We guarantee your rent for anything up to 5 years, regardless of the property’s occupancy and essentially become your perfect tenant. In addition to all the benefits and services we offer we feel the major differentiator is that we have a complete vested interest in your property. We do not simply get a % fee once the property is let; we have to ensure the property is running at its maximum capacity at all times. You can rest assured that once we take on your property we will look after it as if it were our own.
We can always put you in touch with landlords we have worked with in the past. Our sole premise at Revive is to build long standing relationships built on confidence and trust with both our landlords and agents. We are completely transparent as a company in how we operate and our aim is to provide an honest and efficient service to all involved.
We are experienced property managers and investors with almost 10 years in property management, specilaisng largely in HMO properties. We have firsthand experience in helping landlords make the most of their investments.

We manage the property under a lease agreement which has been tailor-made to suit the service we offer. This makes us your sole tenant for the entire term so you don’t have to deal with anyone else. The contract is simple to read and understand unlike most out there and we are transparent about the entire agreement, giving you time to read through it thoroughly and answer any questions you may have.
For our tenants we use Assured Shorthold Tenancies and typically sign them up for 6-12 months at a time. We sometimes consider shorter lets for professionals on temporary contracts.

Guaranteed Rent
It will be used as funding for the purchase of below market value properties and renovation of properties. Your funding is then 'recycled' out of the property when it is re-valued at the actual market value. Some funding will also be used to acquire HMO projects in London, ensuring a protected, strong cashflow.

Updates & Inspections
We inspect properties every 3 months and you can choose to join us or we can send you photos when we do so. These inspections allow us to monitor the condition of the property and if any problems arise they can be resolved before they get worse. Our cleaners and gardeners also report any issues that they notice.

Maintenance & Repairs
Renovations & Setup
We look after all small maintenance issues. Leaky taps, paint touch ups, silicone and general handy work is covered by our in house maintenance team. As the landlord, you will be responsible financially for usual things a landlord is responsible for such as the white goods, boiler and water systems, electrical systems and the structure of the property.

Unlike a lot of guaranteed rent schemes who let to council tenants we pick and choose ours. We only house professional tenants. We ensure we always select the most suitable candidate. Our vetting process is extensive which aims to eliminate any potential problematic tenants from the outset. It is in our interest to select the best candidate as we will have to deal with any potential damage, misbehaviour and of course any lost rent.
