We’re experts in lettings and managing properties, mainly house-shares in London. We offer landlords the peace they are after and tenant’s the comfort of a modern home. It’s simple; we lease a property from a landlord for 3-5 years and then rent the rooms out to London’s working professionals. We take all the hassle out for the landlord and manage the property as if it were our own.

For tenants in London, it’s a new, easy way of living. All of our homes have free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and we send a regular cleaner to keep things clean and tidy. Our all inclusive contracts allow our busy professionals to get on with life rather than worry about paying and managing bills.

Revive are ARLA Propertymark members and are backed by the Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme. Our Story
Meet the founders of Revive Property — Mert & Con. Having met back in 2005, they built a strong friendship through years of travelling the world together, sharing experiences, ideas, and a passion for creating something meaningful. Those experiences shaped the vision behind Revive Property and inspired them to challenge the outdated standards often seen within the property management industry.
Revive Property was created with one clear goal: to provide landlords and tenants with a professional, reliable, and genuinely hands-on property management service. After seeing too many landlords frustrated by poor communication, lack of accountability, and reactive management, Mert and Con set out to build a company that does things differently.
Their approach combines transparency, strong relationships, proactive management, and high standards across every property they manage. From transforming underperforming HMOs to creating comfortable, well-maintained homes for tenants, Revive Property focuses on delivering long-term value for both landlords and residents alike.
